	Web Designer Scott Spitzer    University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine Information Services  Philadelphia, PA Job Description: I maintain and create new websites for the School of Medicine's centers, departments, institutes and labs. Part of the process involves meeting with clients to discuss their needs and what functionality they want on their website. After gathering all of their content I create several Photoshop mockups with varying designs. Once the client chooses a particular design I convert the mockup into HTML using current XHTML and CSS-P web standards. If the webpage justifies dynamic content such as AJAX or database connectivity I work with our department programmers to implement it. Additionally, I photograph events on campus for the department photo archives as well as create QTVR tours for the School of Medicine Admissions website.
