Job Responsibilities:
I spend about 75% of my time working as a graphic designer and about 25% of my time working as a photographer. I manage a one person department hired to provide photography and graphic support for the Graduate Medical Education Department (Residency Program) at Atlanta Medical Center. I create large format poster presentations for the residents which are presented at educational meetings and conferences; I design and create research journals for the residency programs and PowerPoint presentations for educational use, I also do surgical and clinical photography for educational purposes. I help the residents and attending physicians with scanning films, MRI's, CT's and old slides for use in presentations. I also work with the marketing department creating posters and photography for the hospital.
